Job Summary

Olmsted Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our rehabilitation services team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to our therapists and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our rehabilitation services team, including therapists and support staff.
  • Develop and implement departmental budgets and staffing plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to review staffing needs and make recommendations for budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in rehabilitation services to ensure our team is providing the best possible care.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to healthcare and rehabilitation services.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare or management.
  • Five or more years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation services, including physical medicine, modalities, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
