Job Summary

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for supporting the effectiveness and quality of product tested in Quality Control (QC) Lab. This includes effective investigation and execution of the non-conforming material (NCMR) process, complaint handling process, and continuous improvement activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering discipline and at least 5 years' work experience in a regulated environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing the work of assigned team within the QC Lab, managing project activities, and identifying risks. The Quality Control Manager will also lead in the monitoring and publishing of QC Lab metrics for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the work of assigned team within the QC Lab
- Manage project activities with accountability for successful completion of all deliverables to the business
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead in the monitoring and publishing of QC Lab metrics for the organization

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering discipline
- At least 5 years' work experience in a regulated environment
