Windows Engineer

Job Summary
Resource Management Concepts is seeking an experienced Windows Engineer to support our US Navy environment. The selected candidate will manage the development and deployment of Windows baseline images using SCCM/MECM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deploy Windows baseline images using SCCM/MECM
- Create and deploy task sequences in SCCM/MECM for Windows migrations, custom image deployments, configurations, and more
- Deploy third-party software using standard SCCM/MECM best practices or through third-party repositories connected to SCCM/MECM
- Integrate other tools into SCCM/MECM, such as WSUS, Bitlocker, WDS, and third-party tools like Manage Engine, Dell Command, or others
- Perform general IT requirements, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security in a classified or unclassified network environment
- Responsible for technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, development, and integration, verification, and validation, and fielding
- Provide technical support, administration, and monitoring of Microsoft Windows systems within a physical and virtual environment
- Support operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for end-user workstations, including desktop applications
- Lead efforts to collect data, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions associated with incident tickets and requirements
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement to support effective and efficient operations
- Develop and document solutions to complex technical issues
- Maintain all qualifications required by the CSWF for PAA
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- At least ten (10) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) or SCCM in an enterprise environment for desktop imaging and configuration management
- At least ten (10) years of experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, OCSP, WSUS, DFS, IIS
- Experience using SCCM for endpoint configuration management (patches, Bitlocker, etc.)
- The selected candidate must meet DoD IAT Level II certification requirements (currently Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, or SSCP along with an appropriate computing environment (CE) certification)
- An active DoD secret clearance is required to start. The selected candidate may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
