Job Summary:

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Die Setter to join our team. As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for setting up efficient, safe, and time-effective mold changes, ensuring the mold is set safely and changed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up mold changes efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner.
  • Report all deficiencies or problems with the task and equipment used to the production shift supervisor.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and storage of tools.
  • Perform set-up, including mold and auxiliary equipment.
  • Receive job line-up of scheduled mold changes.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
