About the Role
As a RN Psych at ICONMA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' psychiatric states and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Medication Management: Administer psychotropic medications and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
- Behavioral Interventions: Implement behavioral interventions to promote positive change and support patients' recovery.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients' health journeys and report notable changes to healthcare teams.
- Education and Support: Provide targeted psychoeducation to patients and their families, promoting understanding and empowerment.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a psychiatric hospital setting is required.
