HR Business Partner Job Description

The HR Business Partner is a key member of our team, responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our regional leadership and community-based human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance to management on data trends and metrics, including 360 reviews and workplace claims, to propose solutions and education for best practices.
  • Support the day-to-day application of all Human Resources policies, practices, and processes, with a focus on positive employee relations and customer service.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues, including review of accommodations, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour policy violations.
  • Assist with increasing productivity and retention by providing leaders with consultative education and employee morale activities.
  • Champion organizational initiatives by acting as a trusted advisor to promote organization strategies and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resource Management, preferably with a multisite healthcare employer.
  • Valid Indiana Operator's License.
