About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment by maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
  • Operate and maintain the dish machine, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning of dishes, utensils, and containers.
  • Organize and maintain the dish room, including the storage and disposal of waste.
  • Clean and sanitize food preparation and production areas, including equipment and utensils.
  • Assist with the removal and disposal of kitchen trash and recyclables.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including trash and recyclables.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
