• Operate the dish machine to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent contamination.
• Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Set up and organize the dish racks to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
