Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of pool patrons by maintaining a visible presence and being prepared to respond to emergencies
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
  • Perform regular safety checks and inspections to identify potential hazards
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
  • Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive and safe pool environment
Requirements
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Lifeguard certification
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings and evenings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
