Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to analyze, validate, authorize, and report on financial data pertinent to the comprehensive Corporate Finance operations. This role involves the design, development, and implementation of systems or procedures that ensure precise reporting of financial or system-related information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine, validate, monitor, and report on financial metrics (such as accounts receivable, account coding, cash flow, budgets, general ledger, profit and loss statements, statistical data, and reserves) to support corporate financial functions.
  • Provide regular reports on financial outcomes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Monitor and report on statistical discrepancies.
  • Notify Supervisor/Manager of any inconsistencies.
  • Design, develop, and adjust systems and procedures to improve departmental efficiency as necessary.
  • Oversee proprietary databases, ensuring data integrity, timely input, and accuracy.
  • Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to departmental policies and relevant regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with various state, federal, and industry standards.
  • Work under general supervision, with assignments that require interpretation and independent decision-making.
  • Perform additional duties as required; all responsibilities listed are considered essential functions of the role.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of pertinent experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel), SQL, Python, and Java.
