About the Position

Fairfield Inn & Suites Rock Hill, SC is seeking a skilled Cleanliness Coordinator to join our housekeeping team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, supervising housekeepers, and ensuring that all company standards are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeepers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
