Bartender Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Bartender who can provide outstanding service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, preparing beverages, and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-organized.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders and serving drinks and snacks to customers
  • Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Mixing classic and innovative cocktails
  • Communicating with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Nurturing guests to provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Making menu recommendations based on guests' needs and preferences
  • Upselling additional products when appropriate
  • Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages
  • Taking orders using order slips and correctly entering into POS
  • Communicating order details to the kitchen staff

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
