Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Team on a flexible, PRN basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a procedural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Endoscopy patients pre, intra, and post-procedure.
  • Assist physicians in operative procedures.
  • Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results.
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
Requirements:
  • Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
  • Minimum one year RN experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Prior Endoscopy RN experience and prior Charge/Supervisory experience highly preferred.
  • National specialty board certification required within 6 months of eligibility.
