Job Details- Full-time position with a collaborative care model
- Work closely with physician providers to deliver high-quality patient care
- See 18-20 patients per 8-hour workday
- Patients are mostly adult family medicine patients with concerns such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, depression, and anxiety
- Must be able to work on Monday and Friday
- Use of Athena as the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Full and unrestricted Colorado license
- DEA certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
