- MD/DO degree and board certification in Family Practice Medicine.
- Valid medical license and DEA certification.
- One year of experience in ambulatory healthcare, preferably in a community health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in Spanish language, with entry-level proficiency required.
