Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the effective operation of our manufacturing facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize plant productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff, including training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through the use of technology, automation, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance leadership, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving team performance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles, including predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, and total productive maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for conferences, trade shows, and other locations as required.
