Job Summary

This role involves maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, including drawing files. You will also be responsible for generating standard weekly and monthly reports, as well as supporting Turnaround Project Controls. Additionally, you will maintain office equipment, manage office supplies and vending machines, and assist with procurement card statement reporting and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems, including drawing files.
  • Generate standard weekly and monthly reports.
  • Support Turnaround Project Controls, including time entry and change order logs.
  • Maintain office equipment (copier, printer, fax, etc.) and manage office supplies and vending machines.
  • Manage procurement card (P-card) statement reporting and approvals.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • SAP experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Estimated Salary:

$62,000 - $72,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
