We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Time Cleaning Specialist at Mike's Carwash. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior of our wash tunnel after normal operating hours.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the Mike's Purpose: Provide exceptional customer service by delivering a clean, quick, and efficient carwash experience every time.
- Abide by our Values: Uphold the company's core values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Fun, Accountability, and Profitability in all aspects of your work.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the interior of the property is clean and well-maintained to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our customers.
- Training: Participate in comprehensive training programs to stay up-to-date on safety procedures and best practices.
- Security: Ensure the location is secure before leaving each night by double-checking doors, locks, and the alarm system.
The Night Time Cleaning Specialist will be required to:
- Stand or walk continuously throughout the shift
- Occasionally sit, stoop, reach, and/or twist at the waist while rotating
- Perform repetitive movements and use hands for gripping pressure
- Lift up to 50lbs. for up to 3 feet, pull up to 10lbs. for up to 10 feet, and carry up to 50lbs. for 10 feet
- Repetitively bend, kneel, and balance
- Climb stairs and ladders occasionally
The Night Time Cleaning Specialist will work in a fast-paced, indoor environment with:
- Ladders and safety shoes/boots
- Dust, odors, noise, and vibrations
- Chemicals
- Flexibility: Respond promptly to changes in direction, priorities, and schedules
