School Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and social-emotional development of students.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Intervention
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive abilities, academic skills, social-emotional functioning, and developmental levels.
- Interpret assessment results and provide insights to inform instructional planning, intervention strategies, and individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaboration and Consultation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other educational professionals to develop and implement effective interventions and behavior management strategies.
- Consult with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders to foster effective partnerships and support students' overall well-being and academic success.
- Counseling and Support
- Provide counseling and support services to students individually or in group settings, addressing a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
- Professional Development
- Stay current with research, best practices, and legal requirements related to school psychology and special education.
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist
- Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting assessment results
- Sound knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and procedures
- Strong understanding of various behavioral intervention strategies and positive behavior support systems
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
