Job Description

Frazer is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Sales and Marketing management team. This role will involve scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and fielding incoming emails and phone calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing license applications, tracking, and renewals for Sales and Marketing, and assisting in the coordination and preparation of bid submissions.

This role offers a competitive salary, with a range of $26.00 to $31.00 per hour, depending on education, certifications, and experience. The work schedule is Monday - Thursday 7:30AM-5:00PM, Friday 7:30AM-11:30AM, with occasional late afternoon/evening/weekend hours as needed.

Duties
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing management team.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare materials.
  • Field incoming emails and phone calls.
  • Research and data collection.
  • Manage license applications, tracking, and renewals for Sales and Marketing.
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of bid submissions.
  • Manage conference room scheduling and supplies.
  • Organize and maintain shared drives and directories for dealer partners, vendors, Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Assist with data management systems to ensure information accuracy.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with administrative experience.
  • Good knowledge of general/standard administrative procedures and methods.
  • 3-5 years experience working with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Syteline preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work.
  • Punctuality and good attendance are required.
