- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Install material systems and perform fabrication tasks as needed.
- Commitment to a zero injury culture and adherence to company safety procedures.
- Regular and prompt attendance, with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, sitting, and working in confined spaces, heights, and varying environmental conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional image and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in welding, pneumatics, and mechanics is a plus.
- Working knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems is a plus.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
