Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with production and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with production, administrative, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in an agricultural or industrial processing environment.
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of industrial agricultural processing equipment, fabrication/welding, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High-level problem-solving and team-working skills.
  • Strong self-motivation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

The physical requirements of this position include prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and wearing a respirator.
