Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing support to internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to inbound calls from customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve call center objectives, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork.
  3. Utilize Tower system to gather information, provide updates, and manage customer records.
  4. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining high productivity levels.
  5. Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date on current technology.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the waste management industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to collaboration and open communication.

Salary and Benefits:
