Customer Service Representative

Lehigh Resort Club is seeking a skilled and courteous Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized interactions with resort guests and owners.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic position that requires a strong understanding of hospitality principles and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Answer and transfer calls from the switchboard using proper telephone etiquette, providing clear and concise information to guests.
- Assist guests with inquiries about local restaurants and attractions, offering recommendations and directions as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process revenue from various departments daily, maintaining accurate records and balancing cash drawers.
- Prepare night audit reports, reconciling rentals and managing RCI points for unpaid accounts.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as ordering office supplies and preparing check-in packets.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with property management systems and RCI banking software an asset.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
