- Develop and implement individualized patient plans of care, collaborating with physicians and clinic policy.
- Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, contributing to shared governance and peer review processes.
- Utilize clinical expertise to support other units and departments in patient care, promoting a longitudinal plan of care.
- Escalate patient safety and experience concerns to the appropriate chain of command.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BSN or agreement to complete an accredited BSN Completion Program upon hire.
- Licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
- Approved CPR certification within 90 days.
- 10 hours of continued education.
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
