Overview

Mercyhealth, a leading healthcare organization in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine team at our Perryville Clinic in Rockford, Illinois. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, personalized care to diverse patients.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Graduate of an accredited masters/doctoral nursing program
  • Meets the requirements determined by the State of Wisconsin or Illinois to perform duties defined as those of a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current IL RN license
  • Current IL APNP license
  • Current IL DEA number
  • Other certifications as required
  • Primary Care NP experience preferred
  • Primary Care nursing experience preferred
