Job Summary

The Server position at Bass Pro Shops is a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient service, ensuring that our guests' needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, ensuring that guests are aware of our offerings.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
