Job Summary

The Rooftop Server is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare itemized checks and process payments.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including setting up and clearing tables, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
