We are currently seeking a Material Tester (CMT Field Technician 1) to contribute to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing inspections in the field and at production sites during the creation and application of construction materials such as asphalt concrete and portland cement concrete.
- Conducting visits to quarries and mine sites for material source sampling and testing.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in material testing
Technical Skills Required:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Possession of a valid California driver's license
- Capability to lift and transport at least 50 lbs
- Three years of experience in material inspection, sampling, and testing
- Proficient in compaction testing and certified in Nuclear Gauge Operator Training
- ACI certification for Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1 or equivalent
Compensation:
$50 - $60 per hour
