Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in our Radiology Department. As a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiology Department - Level I, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, technologists, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, following organizational policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- Current/valid FL RN license
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred but must be obtained within 3 months of hire
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with PACU, ICU, or Emergency Department clinical experience
