The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to join our Lightroom Web team. As a key member of our QE team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. If you have a passion for digital photography and a proven track record in QE management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature development and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Mentor and grow a team of Quality Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team productivity and efficiency, ensuring seamless integration with agile development methodologies.
  • Work closely with Development Managers, Designers, and Product Managers to create delightful products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Focus on quality assurance in an agile development environment, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in QE management, with a strong background in web or mobile development.
  • Photography and/or Lightroom experience is a plus, but not required.
