Speech Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant, a reputable healthcare staffing agency. This role involves working within a school environment, delivering vital speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language requirements.
  • Develop tailored education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals in collaboration with educators and parents.
  • Administer direct therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with school staff to support students' academic and social progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
