Role Summary
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the client's systems, which have evolved from a smaller scale to a more complex environment requiring high reliability, accessibility, and advanced technological capabilities. The integration of various technology layers is essential for ensuring accurate and timely service delivery to members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop SOA integration and business workflow architectures to align with organizational needs.
  • Integrate IT solutions into a cohesive SOA/BPEL/BAM framework.
  • Establish and enforce standards around technology stacks and governance for cloud-based infrastructures.
  • Provide technical and managerial guidance across departments, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Collaborate with program-level architects to refine systems architecture within their domains.
  • Work closely with IT functional areas to identify and resolve integration and workflow challenges.
  • Assist in the overall system design and architecture, providing support to the Development department and Enterprise Architecture team.
  • Engage with other architects to address business, data, systems, and security requirements.

Educational Background
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferred: Master's Degree.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in designing and implementing Java JSP applications, ORACLE/PL/SQL, and SQL Server Batch processes.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and building solutions with the ORACLE SOA suite (ESB/BPEL/SOA/BAM).
  • Proven experience in managing advanced technical resources and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) within a SOA architecture.
  • Experience with multiple database platforms, including NoSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with end users to gather requirements and develop technical solutions from concept to execution.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
