About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to join our Global Creative Team at Under Armour, Inc. As a Digital Designer, you will play a critical role in driving, innovating, and enhancing the digital customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop best-in-class digital experiences for our website, email, display ads, paid social, and loyalty channels.
  • Create innovative and engaging digital content that elevates the consumer experience.
  • Utilize insights and data to inform design decisions and drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, agency partners, and external resources to produce brand-relevant digital consumer experiences.
Requirements
  • Solid portfolio showcasing best-in-class design solutions with a high level of design excellence.
  • Passion for athletics and retail.
  • Connoisseur of culture, current trends, and refined graphic design.
  • Understanding of e-commerce, email, and performance marketing channels.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI and front-end development.
  • Command of the Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to create GIF animations.
  • Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Command of digital visual systems and structures: typography, design, photography.
  • Command of applied creative strategy, critical thinking, and wireframe development.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at any given time.
  • Working knowledge of Workfront, Keynote, and Miro programs/platforms.
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of motion and video software (i.e. After Effects, Premiere).
  • BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or another relevant field.
