Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Recovery Specialists
  • Offer advocacy and comprehensive case management services
  • Establish strong connections with clients
  • Complete necessary clinical documentation and casework
  • Lead psychoeducation and recovery-oriented group sessions
  • Conduct individual case management meetings
  • Maintain ongoing communication with residents to evaluate needs and promote development
  • Forge partnerships with social service organizations
  • Engage in case consultations and team meetings
  • Administer drug and alcohol screenings as required
  • Provide orientation regarding services to clients and community groups
  • Utilize de-escalation strategies to manage conflicts
  • Assist with patient transportation as needed
  • Participate in training sessions and uphold certifications
  • Comply with program and agency regulations
  • Monitor resident medication and perform hourly checks when necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in substance use services is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Access to an automobile for client transportation
