Key Responsibilities:

  • Security and Surveillance: Patrol the premises, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
  • Emergency Response: Sound alarms and obtain help when necessary.
  • Loss Prevention: Report irregularities, inform violators of policy and procedures, and restrain trespassers.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, and interviewing witnesses.
  • Environmental Control: Monitor and set building and equipment controls to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Patrols and Inspections: Conduct extensive interior and exterior patrols to assigned areas.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You must also be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
