Job Summary

RMS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies throughout our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue and stage raw materials for production
  • Operate and maintain material saws and other equipment
  • Organize and cycle count raw materials
  • Inspect raw materials using XRF analyzers
  • Process returned materials
  • Assist in receiving and shipping as needed
  • Operate computer systems, scanning equipment, and other moving equipment
  • Enter production information into our ERP system
  • Accurately record and report hours worked
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Mechanical aptitude and dexterity
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
