Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at MJ Care Inc. As a key member of our educational services department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech-language pathology services to children with exceptional educational needs.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an American Speech Language Hearing Association accredited institution. The ideal candidate will possess current state licensure and/or certification to provide speech-language pathology services in good standing. A minimum of one year of experience in school-based settings is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy programs for students with communication disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and effective progress monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, including daily documentation, IEPs, and quarterly/annual reports.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions through ongoing professional development and education.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited institution.
- Current state licensure and/or certification to provide speech-language pathology services.
- Minimum one year of experience in school-based settings (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
