  • Plan and communicate effectively to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues in a timely manner.
  • Required to drive to different job sites, maintaining a clean and organized vehicle and adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Accurately complete invoices, timecards, and feedback, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned, including troubleshooting and resolving construction issues, communicating with superintendents, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with a strong understanding of road safety protocols.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with experience working with industrial tools and equipment.
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds, with a strong focus on physical stamina and endurance.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills.
