Position Summary:
We are looking to enhance our Human Resources team by adding a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator. This role is essential in providing administrative assistance to the Personnel Administrator concerning all personnel-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing employee inquiries, managing benefit enrollments, and overseeing I-9 documentation.
- Conduct online investigations and employee background checks, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Perform reconciliations of benefits statements and payroll-related accounts, conducting audits of various payroll deductions.
- Administer the processing of terminations and assist in preparing performance evaluations.
- Support the HR team with various research and special projects as needed.
- Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing documents into the appropriate employee files.
- Prepare new employee files and undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other applicable standards, including:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
