Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania or multi-state licensure through the eNLC.
  • Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred: Certification in area of specialty.
