Therapist for Youth with Emotional and Behavioral Challenges

The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at the COVE School in Plymouth, MA. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing age-appropriate, culturally sensitive therapy for clients and families in the residential program and in the family's home.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized education plans for students with educational, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with clients and family members to develop treatment objectives
- Design treatment plans that address and specify outcomes
- Consult with supervisor and team members on challenging or difficult client issues
- Facilitate communication with the residential and school staff
- Masters degree in social work, mental health or related discipline
- May be licensed as an independent practitioner in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience with developmental trauma and/or DCF & DMH population is preferred
