POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Performance:

Achieve company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers. Assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their needs and preferences. Stay informed about current promotions and pricing while maintaining visual merchandising standards.


Customer Service Excellence:

Exemplify and advocate for the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a seamless omni-channel experience. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Ensure an efficient checkout process, staying updated on payment policies, coupon usage, returns, and security practices.


Operational Support:

Contribute to inventory replenishment to keep the store well-stocked. Assist with visual merchandising tasks, including store layouts and signage as directed. Help maintain store cleanliness and organization.


Team Collaboration:

Encourage a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving. Actively seek opportunities for personal development and welcome constructive feedback.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in retail or sales
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to adapt to company-provided technology
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Regular attendance is crucial to meet company objectives, with flexibility for varied schedules including evenings and weekends.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Position requires constant walking and standing throughout the shift, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, and frequent climbing.
