Garage Door Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Garage Door Technician to join our team at Precision Door Service. As a Garage Door Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and installing garage door parts and equipment on-site at our customers' locations.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair garage doors, door operators, and replace worn or broken door parts
- Install new equipment, including doors and springs
- Explain in detail and help customers understand their options to repair the issue and prevent future ones
- Sell services to customers using our proven model, which we train you in
- Collect payment from customers
- Manage inventory in your vehicle
- Mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
- Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in the heat and cold, both outside and inside garages that may not be temperature-controlled
- Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and solve issues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and ability to serve customers following our process
