Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized service plans, promoting resident independence and dignity.
- Participate in the Life Enrichment Program, encouraging residents to engage in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Document resident changes and complete reports in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
- Ensure confidentiality of resident care information, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- HCA license preferred.
- First Aid & CPR Certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Food Handlers Card required within 30 days of employment.
- Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with elderly residents.
- Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred.
