Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized service plans, promoting resident independence and dignity.
  • Participate in the Life Enrichment Program, encouraging residents to engage in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Document resident changes and complete reports in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Ensure confidentiality of resident care information, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • HCA license preferred.
  • First Aid & CPR Certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Food Handlers Card required within 30 days of employment.
  • Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with elderly residents.
  • Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred.
