Work Schedule

The working hours for this position are from Monday to Thursday, 3:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with 10-hour shifts. There may be opportunities for overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
  • Set up equipment, ensuring precise calibration and settings for each production cycle.
  • Conduct regular inspections throughout the production process.
  • Accurately document production metrics, including quantities produced and any deviations from established standards.
  • Efficiently prepare and operate machinery such as roll forming mills, shears, saws, brake presses, curving rolls, lathes, and stamping presses.
  • Monitor equipment performance, making adjustments as necessary to enhance production efficiency and maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure the correct dies are used for the respective part numbers.
  • Independently perform routine tasks following established ISO 9002 procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating proficiency in machinery operation.
  • Skilled in machine operation, setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, including cutting, bending, and material forming.
  • Familiarity with standard manufacturing tools and equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Strong focus on precision and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Able to identify and resolve quality issues promptly during production.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and addressing technical challenges efficiently.
  • Commitment to following safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to undergo cross-training and learn new skills as required.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
Physical Requirements
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
  • Able to handle heavy materials as required by the manufacturing process.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
