Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of primary care providers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with a diverse range of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and providing high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in a urgent care setting
- State licensed in New York, obtained by your One Medical start date
- A competitive salary range of $142,000 to $151,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule
