- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of our dental offices, ensuring that we are meeting our financial goals and objectives.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging collaboration and open communication among team members.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Five or more years of experience in operational management, preferably in the dental industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, team members, and external partners. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
- Competitive Salary: $28.00-$39.00 per hour.
