About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team at BioIVT. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing commercial contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other legal documents essential to supporting the Global Sales Team. Your focus will be to streamline the contract review process, improve response times, and drive operational efficiency, ensuring all contracts are aligned with the company's strategic and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and manage MSAs, NDAs, Letters of Intent, and other client-facing legal documents in partnership with the sales team.
  • Maintain and organize contract templates and ensure up-to-date versions are readily available to the team.
  • Oversee the documentation process to ensure all contractual agreements are efficiently stored, tracked, and maintained in an electronic database and aligned with the company's CRM and legal systems.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field; JD or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal, or commercial operations, with a strong focus on drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
  • Proven expertise in negotiating and managing complex contracts, ideally within the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide business-relevant legal guidance.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM and contract management software

Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
