About the Role

Uline is seeking a seasoned construction leader to oversee the development of our expansive warehousing facilities across North America. As Director of Construction, you will be responsible for guiding new builds and expansion projects, working closely with external vendors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the Construction and Design department, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Oversee all aspects of large-scale construction, design, and maintenance projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination.
  • Manage relationships with third-party professionals, such as architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Executive Leadership, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Facilities, to drive project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 20+ years of construction leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing and directing large-scale industrial projects, such as 1 million+ square-foot warehouses.
